SRIDHAR LANKA


Co-Founder of SCL Sports Connect Live, is an innovation practitioner with over 24 years of experience in Technology and Innovation diffusion across multiple industries, Commercializing, Taking to Market, Designing Frameworks for Innovation, Deep Tech, Retail, Robotics, AI/ML, Health, E-Commerce, Green-Tech, Telecom and Enterprise Segments. He is also Co-Founder of Co-Creation Consulting in Hyderabad, India, which focuses on a wide range of technology projects for Fortune 500 companies located throughout the world.

Mr. Lanka served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering & Technology for Xius for over 14 years, Promoting Innovation within Organization, Building New Product lines, Expanding product reach to multiple geographies, Forging Technology partnerships, Architecting products & deployments, enhancing product utilization, evaluating technology alternates, contributing in technology decisions for innovation centers were core responsibilities. He has worked with large enterprises, PSUs, Governments, Defense and Law Enforcement organizations fulfilling their physical networks, business process engineering, automation and further enhancement through deployment of work.

Mr. Lanka holds an MBA from Institute for Technology and Management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – Sloan School of Management trained in 
Applying Design Thinking, System Thinking and Circular Design Thinking methods for Idea Generation, Idea Evaluation, MVP Definition, Market fit assessment, Customer development, Rapid Prototyping, RoI Analysis, Design for Environment and Life Cycle Assessment.

ELENA C. MOLA

Co-Founder of SCL Sports Connect Live, is a Senior Executive and Corporate Attorney with over 30 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 corporations, large national and international financial institutions, and governments on transactions involving the development and financing of Communications, Financial Technology, Energy and Transportation projects throughout the United States, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. She has extensive experience in advising and founding various technology startups in the Mobile Communications, FinTech, Financial Inclusion, Payments Platform (Private, Government [Tax and Non-Tax]), IoT, Health and Agriculture/Environmental Monitoring arenas.


She serves and has served as Senior Executive, Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of publicly and privately held energy development, production and distribution companies, as well as mobile communications and financial technology companies focusing on solutions for businesses, governments, and international organizations related to the deployment of efficient real-time secure technology solutions for, among other things, transparent payments and tax/fee collection and administration systems, mobile money and financial inclusion, the deployment, connection, and monitoring of IoT devices in health, manufacturing, agriculture,  and natural resources sectors. Ms. Mola also served as Vice President for Business Development at Consolidated Natural Gas/Dominion Resources responsible for all aspects of technical evaluation, mergers/acquisitions, development and management (financial/legal) of CNG’s Latin American electric and natural gas assets worth over US$ 2Billion.


She practiced law in the Project Finance/Energy Department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, one of the largest US-based international law firms, where she concentrated on limited-recourse structured-finance transactions and contract negotiations of energy and infrastructure projects with an aggregate closing value of over US$5 Billion. Her legal work involved representing financial institutions and multinational corporations (Developers, Operators, and EPC Contractors) in connection with a variety of transactions including privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings of hydroelectric, gas and fuel-fired generation plants, barge-mounted generation plants, gas and liquids pipelines, mining and refining operations, water desalination plants, wastewater recycling facilities, toll-roads, telecommunications networks, direct-broadcast satellites, and electronic surveillance technologies.

Ms. Mola served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Council of the Americas (New York, N.Y.), as a Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy (Washington, D.C.). Ms. Mola also served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Graduate School where she taught International Infrastructure Finance & Development. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP) (Aspen, CO.).


Ms. Mola holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD) and a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) degree from Georgetown University where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence in Law & Technology and Distinction in School of Foreign Service Comprehensive Oral Examination. Additionally, she holds a Masters of Public Administration/Finance & Budgeting (MPA) (Phi Alpha, National Honor Society for Public Administration). She received her B.A. from Mercer University where she completed three majors in Economics, Political Science and Philosophy and received the Baggot Award for Academic Excellence & Leadership.

MARK HOWARD CHICHESTER

​

Chairman of SCL Education Advisory Board, is a principal of the Aegis Group and serves as the Executive Director of the Aegis Institute. Before co-founding Aegis, Mark was Co-Founder, President, and Vice Chair of the Board of Atlas Research, an award-winning middle market federal healthcare innovation and transformation company founded in 2008 and acquired by Customer Value Partners, Inc. in 2021.


Mark served as a Vice President at The Aspen Institute and as executive director of Aspen's Socrates Program portfolio.  He was a member of the executive staff of UNCF’s federal programs arm, where he directed the Institute for International Public Policy and the Center for Assessment, Planning and Accountability.  Prior to his tenure at UNCF, he worked on the Policy Coordination Staff in the Office of the Director General at the U.S. Department of State and, before that, as a research associate in the government relations office of General Instrument Corporation.


Among others, Mark has served on the boards of the National Education Association (NEA) Foundation (including a stint as chairman) and the Forum on Education Abroad; and he  currently serves as vice chair of The George Washington University board of trustees and on the board of PeaceTech Lab, a spinoff of the U.S. Institute of Peace.  In addition to his board service, he has been a member of the U.S. Army Chief of Staff's Eisenhower National Security Series Working Group; a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he co-chaired the Washington Term Member Advisory Committee; and an appointee to the U.S. Trade Representative's Trade Advisory Committee on Africa.


Mark holds degrees in business and law from The George Washington University, where he received The George Washington Award, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medal for Outstanding Contributions in Human Rights, the Baer Leadership Award, and was inducted into the George Washington Circle of the Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society.  He held a Shapiro Fellowship in the Republic of Korea and was an Executive Seminarian of the Aspen Institute.


Mark is a fourth-generation native of Washington, DC, where he attended Sidwell Friends School.

LYJU ASOKAN

Compassionate yet demanding mentor who has guided teams in numerous projects and other activities from conception to completion. Experience as a leader and manager in all phases of the system development life cycle leading cross functional and cross organizational program including management of global teams and programs and transformational change initiatives for the business and IT. Optimistic, imaginative, hard-working self-starter cited in senior management roles with exceptional multitasking ability. Proven achiever who is committed to align technology and business to generate cost-effective solutions and deliver multiple, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.


CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Executive Program Leadership – Active member of leadership team that managed global SAP and Oracle implementations across General Ledger Accounting, Consolidations, Planning & Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Tax.  Primary roles included Delivery (Functional & Performance) and Infrastructure lead. Secondary roles included leadership roles in environment planning, implementations/cutover weekends, and coordination of lessons learned and remediation activities.


Global Mergers and Acquisitions - Led, planned and guided projects for Merrill Lynch and Bank of America merger and transformation. Country wide and Merrill lynch transition and Global Banking system Initiatives using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Primary roles included technical project deliverables, system integrations and infrastructure deliverables. Also coordinated environment setup, maintenances, data preparation for all systems Involved in the projects. Coordinated teams and tasks across multiple countries and organizations.


Proven Infrastructure Transformation Leader - Led global collaboration across Finance Technology to define program framework and process that allowed business and technology to evolve quickly to advance security remediation/testing capabilities and maturity. Rolled out GIS adoption strategy across the enterprise. Appointed Advocates across Finance Technology moving teams to adopt security vulnerabilities remediation methodology with 90% consistency rating. Included build out of 24-hour global support model. Performed a ground-up analysis to understand Business functions' roadmap to develop and align an Infrastructure transformation roadmap focusing on top priorities with teams across Core Finance. Developed System upgrade strategy across SAP and Oracle platforms.  Led environment management teams across multiple finance applications. Managed upgrade and patching strategies across technology platforms.  Led enterprise disaster recovery exercises for finance platform and increasing the reliability and stability to 99.9%.


Mr. Asokan has served in managerial roles in Companies  Microsoft, Bank of America, Merril Lynch, Allstate Insurance.
