Why FRE is critical:
Defining functional requirements without technical feasibility considerations can affect the overall business objectives of the enterprise. This phase typically details the all business objectives that the enterprise is looking to achieve or enhance. Our SMEs spend time with the different departments of the enterprise to understand the current operating environment and the need for automations, new requirements or enhancements to optimize overall operations. We blend the FRE with technology considerations to make sure the output meets overall objectives. This is one of the unique aspects we bring as part of our FRE services.
Technical Requirements Evaluation

Once the business requirements are evaluated, we do the technical feasibility analysis to develop a high level architecture that meets all industry standards best practices. Technology mapping with the functional requirements is done using our own evaluation steps. Output of TRE is a complete SOW, Technical Specification Document, high level architecture etc. If you have your own FREs, we do a thorough analysis and fill all the gaps, if any, before we start the TRE phase. This is to ensure the output we receive from the TRE is a clear cut, high level design and helps you visualize the overall design with multiple use cases.

Finding and recommending the right partners who fit into the overall design involves a thorough analysis of the partner expertise. We have our own proprietary scoring point analysis (SPA) which ensures the right partner is chosen for the respective services. This is a SLA based evaluation which guarantees the quality of the chosen partner. SLA based evaluation goes through an extensive process which may also include a PoC before the selection is finalized. We have the complete list of the partners from the above industrial verticals.
